I've got skills

Now that I'm a year old, I'm learning all kinds of new things.

I can hold my own cup and drink out of it (sometimes my clothes get a drink too).

I'm learning to feed myself (okay, so sometimes I miss my mouth, but yogurt's good for your hair and skin away).

I can walk on my hands (with Daddy's assistance).

I can walk and carry things.

I'm also learning to run and lay-out (necessary skills for my favorite game, ultimate). Of course, I fall down alot (especially with socks and slippery floors), but I keep trying. Oh, and Daddy apologizes for his potty mouth in the little clip. We don't know how to "bleep" him yet.

Snow Angel

Yesterday morning, we woke up, and it was snowing. Once it stopped and the sun came out, we ventured outside for some fun pictures. I was happy to have my cousin Isaiah's snow suit to keep me all warm.

Pics with Mommy and Daddy

They sat me down in the snow. I couldn't stand in the little snow boots, because they are too big right now.

Next, Daddy layed me down so I could make a snow angel. It was my first time, so I didn't do so well. It's okay though. I'm still Mommy and Daddy's angel.

After lying in the snow and then picking it up to taste it, I started to get cold, so Mommy rescued me.

Heading back into the warm building...

Playin' at the Pumpkin Patch

This weekend, I got to visit a pumpkin patch for the first time. It was fun, but we only got to stay for a short time, because it started raining! Don't worry! Mommy and Daddy promised to take me back next weekend. Hopefully, it will be warm and dry.

Here we are, walking in...look at the beautiful mountains!

It was so cold I got to try out my new hat. Isn't it cute?

Here are some pics with Mommy & Daddy. I was a bit distracted by the big pumpkin, so I forgot all about the camera.

Mommy was trying to get my help in picking a pumpkin, but I was overwhelmed by all the choices. I was also trying to adjust to walking in my new big boy shoes.

The rain finally drove us to take shelter under a little tent. Here I am, just being cute as we wait for the rain to stop so Mommy could get more pictures.

Some final shots before we ran and avoided the downpour!
